Cuisine

Consumed especially in summer as a refreshing meal, Batirik is frequently offered to guests in Karaman homes. The roasted peanuts inside give the dish its characteristic flavor. You can use the Harita tab to discover the restaurants where you can taste this local delicacy. Although similar versions exist across Türkiye, the Karaman style has an authentic recipe.
