- 2 medium onions
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
- Salt
Preparation
- Wash the stems of the kaldirik herbs thoroughly and chop them into finger-width pieces.
- Boil in salted boiling water until soft, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- Sauté finely chopped onions in butter in a large pan and add the boiled herbs.
- When the herbs blend with the onions, crack the eggs over them, add salt and red pepper flakes, and stir until the eggs are cooked.
