Ingredients

  • 100 grams of melted butter
  • 1 cup of crushed walnuts
  • For syrup: 2 cups of sugar, 2 cups of water

Preparation

  1. Mix flour, egg, and milk to knead a soft dough, then let it rest.
  2. Divide the dough into balls and roll them out into very thin pastry sheets.
  3. Brush the sheets with melted butter, sprinkle with walnuts, roll them up, and cut into pieces.
  4. Bake until golden brown, then pour warm syrup over the hot pastry and let it absorb.
