- 1 egg

- 100 grams of melted butter
- 1 cup of crushed walnuts
- For syrup: 2 cups of sugar, 2 cups of water
Preparation
- Mix flour, egg, and milk to knead a soft dough, then let it rest.
- Divide the dough into balls and roll them out into very thin pastry sheets.
- Brush the sheets with melted butter, sprinkle with walnuts, roll them up, and cut into pieces.
- Bake until golden brown, then pour warm syrup over the hot pastry and let it absorb.
