Overview
Uludere is a mountainous and strategic border district of Şırnak province, located in the Southeastern Anatolia Region of the Republic of Türkiye. Shaping the natural borders and agricultural basins of the district, the Uludere Stream and Hezil Stream come to life within this rugged geography. In this region where traditional culture is preserved, the local herb dish Suryaz and the traditional stuffed meatball variant Kutlik are integral parts of the local culinary identity.
