Ingredients
- 30 borage (kaldirik) leaves
- 1 cup corn flour
- 2 onions
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon mint and salt
Preparation
- Boil the borage leaves slightly in hot water and drain.
- Chop the onions finely and sauté in olive oil, then add corn flour.
- Put the prepared filling into the leaves and roll them.
- Place in a pot and cook with a little water on low heat. Serve with garlic yogurt.
