- 1 kg minced beef
- 100 g stale breadcrumbs
- 100 g beef tallow
- 5-6 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of salt
Preparation
- Place the minced beef, tallow, crushed garlic, breadcrumbs, and salt into a large bowl.
- Knead all the ingredients thoroughly for at least 15-20 minutes.
- Rest the mixture in the refrigerator for a few hours, then shape into flat round patties.
- Cook on a preheated barbecue or cast-iron grill, turning both sides until done.
