Inside a thinly rolled dough sheet decorated with almonds, rice containing chicken meat, currants, pine nuts, and special spices is filled and baked. - 500 g boiled chicken meat and chicken broth
- 1 tea glass of peeled almonds and pine nuts
- Egg, flour, and yogurt (for the dough)
- Currants, black pepper, and allspice
Preparation
- A dough is kneaded with flour, yogurt, and egg, then rolled out into a thin sheet.
- Rice is half-cooked with chicken broth, spices, currants, and pine nuts, then mixed with shredded chicken.
- The inside of a special pot is coated with butter, almonds are arranged, and the rolled dough is placed inside.
- The prepared rice filling is poured into the dough, covered with the remaining dough, and baked until golden brown.
