Ingredients
- 500 g fresh spinach
- 1 tea glass of rice
- 1 onion
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons of sumac grains (soaked in water)
Preparation
- Onions are chopped and roasted in vegetable oil until pink, then tomato paste is added.
- Thoroughly washed and finely chopped spinach is added to the pot and allowed to wilt.
- Hot water and washed rice are added, and cooked until the rice is tender.
- Finally, the strained sumac sour water is added to the soup, boiled for one more rolling boil, and served hot.
