Cuisine

Meaning 'toad' in the local dialect, Sciatt is a classic appetizer in Sondrio typically served on a bed of fresh chicory. A splash of local grappa in the batter helps achieve its signature airy crispiness. Discover authentic places to try it on our Map section.
