Ingredients
- 250g strawberries
- 250g raspberries
- 250g red currants
- 250g cherries
- 50g sugar
- 40g cornstarch
- Juice of half a lemon
Preparation
- Wash and clean all the berries. Cut the strawberries into halves or quarters.
- Slowly boil two-thirds of the berries in a pot with sugar and lemon juice.
- Dissolve the cornstarch in a small amount of cold water and add it to the boiling berries to thicken.
- Remove from heat and gently fold in the remaining fresh berries.
- Divide into bowls, chill in the refrigerator, and serve with vanilla sauce.
