Ingredients

  • Wheat flour

  • Milk and yeast
  • Roasted flour (for filling)
  • Egg yolk (for topping)

Preparation

  1. A soft dough is kneaded with flour, milk, yeast, and salt.
  2. In a separate pan, flour and butter are roasted until fragrant to prepare the filling.
  3. The dough is divided into balls, rolled thin, and layered with butter.
  4. The filling is added, the pastry is sealed, brushed with egg yolk, and baked.
