Ingredients

  • 3 cups of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup of green lentils (boiled)
  • 2 tablespoons of Hanak butter
  • 1 onion
  • Salt and water

Preparation

  1. Knead a firm dough with flour, egg, salt, and a little water, then roll it out.
  2. Cut the dough sheets into small squares using a knife and let them dry slightly.
  3. In a pot, sauté finely chopped onion in butter until translucent.
  4. Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, then add the boiled green lentils and the cut dough squares.
  5. Cook until the dough pieces are soft and serve hot.
