- 1 cup of green lentils (boiled)
- 2 tablespoons of Hanak butter
- 1 onion
- Salt and water
Preparation
- Knead a firm dough with flour, egg, salt, and a little water, then roll it out.
- Cut the dough sheets into small squares using a knife and let them dry slightly.
- In a pot, sauté finely chopped onion in butter until translucent.
- Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, then add the boiled green lentils and the cut dough squares.
