Ingredients
- Prepare the inner filling by thoroughly mixing raw minced meat, finely chopped onions, parsley, and spices together.
- Knead a smooth dough with flour, water, and salt, divide into balls, and let them rest.
- Roll out each dough ball thinly with flour to the size of a serving plate.
- Spread the filling on one half of the dough, fold the other half over, and cook both sides on a griddle or non-stick pan.
