Ingredients

  1. Prepare the inner filling by thoroughly mixing raw minced meat, finely chopped onions, parsley, and spices together.
  2. Knead a smooth dough with flour, water, and salt, divide into balls, and let them rest.
  3. Roll out each dough ball thinly with flour to the size of a serving plate.
  4. Spread the filling on one half of the dough, fold the other half over, and cook both sides on a griddle or non-stick pan.

Preparation

  1. Kıyma, ince kıyılmış soğan, maydanoz ve baharatları çiğden iyige karıştırarak iç harcı hazırlayın.
  2. Un, su ve tuz ile kulak memesi kıvamında bir hamur yoğurun ve bezelere ayırıp dinlendirin.
  3. Her bezeyi unlayarak servis tabağı büyüklüğünde, incecik açın.
  4. Hamurun yarısına iç harçtan yayıp diğer yarısını üzerine kapatın ve sacda veya teflon tavada arkalı önlü pişirin.
