Ingredients

  • 4 large local apples
  • 150g all-purpose flour (for pastry)
  • 50g butter
  • 50g raisins and 30g pine nuts
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Breadcrumbs

Preparation

  1. Knead flour, water, and a bit of oil into a smooth dough, then roll it out very thinly.
  2. Slice the apples thinly and mix them with cinnamon, sugar, raisins, and pine nuts.
  3. Brush the dough with melted butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and spread the apple filling.
  4. Roll it carefully and bake in the oven for about 40 minutes until golden brown.
