Thanks to the rich flora in the Sason district, this honey produced by bees is completely organic and contains no added sugar. Preparation

  1. In spring, traditional hives are placed on high plateaus in Sason mountains.
  2. Bees gather nectar from endemic flowers until the end of summer.
  3. In the autumn season, honeycombs are carefully removed from the hives.
  4. It is packed as strained or comb honey and made ready for consumption.
