Cherries reaching a unique firmness, aroma, and flavor thanks to the microclimate in the Hasanbeyli district are known throughout Türkiye for their geographical quality. Grown using completely organic methods in the mountainous areas visible on the Harita section, this fruit is the most important economic and cultural symbol of the district during summer.

Preparation

  1. Ripe cherries are carefully hand-picked in the early morning hours from Hasanbeyli orchards.
  2. The harvested cherries are carried to cool shaded areas without getting damaged and cleared of leaves.
  3. They are thoroughly washed with ice-cold natural spring water until perfectly clean.
  4. Served directly cold as a refreshing fruit during the high temperatures of Osmaniye.
