Ingredients

  • 300g raw shredded wheat (kadayif)
  • 150g butter
  • 200g ground pistachios
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • Clotted cream (kaymak) for topping

Preparation

  1. Finely chop the raw kadayif and lightly fry it in butter.
  2. Add thick syrup prepared with sugar and a small amount of water to the kadayif.
  3. Add the ground pistachios and mix by crushing until it reaches a paste consistency.
  4. Spread on a flat plate and serve topped with plenty of clotted cream.
