Vasada Ancient City is an ancient settlement within the borders of Seydişehir, which was an important center during the Roman and Byzantine eras. Especially the remains of the rock theater found here are of great importance for archeology. Many inscriptions and figurines exhibited in the Konya Archaeological Museum were unearthed from excavations in this region.
The hill where the ancient city was founded occupies a dominant geographical position over the surrounding plains. To see the exact coordinates of the ruins, you can use the Harita option. The site is registered and protected by the Ministry of Culture in Türkiye.
