Heritage
The church ruins in Uğurtaşı village, formerly known as Örtülü, reveal the religious architecture of communities that lived in and around Göle during the Middle Ages. Although largely destroyed, its masonry and floor plan are remarkable elements in the archaeological studies of Ardahan.
