Heritage
Built in the name of Sheikh Shami (Hamza Dost), who is considered the founder of the Sulakyurt district, this historical complex consists of a mosque and a tomb. The structure, which carries the architectural characteristics of the Seljuk and early Ottoman periods in Türkiye, was constructed with cut and rubble stone. Welcoming many visitors every year, this religious site is the most valuable piece of the district's cultural identity.
