Heritage
The Mudanya Armistice House Museum is a wooden seaside mansion dating back to the early 19th century. The armistice signed between Türkiye, Great Britain, France, and Italy on October 11, 1922, took place in this building. Historic furniture, the actual table where the treaty was signed, and period documents are displayed inside. It is one of the most visited historical landmarks in the Mudanya district, and its location can be reviewed via the Map.
The rooms feature wax sculptures of İsmet İnönü and other delegates who participated in the negotiations, alongside historical photographs. This building on the coast of Bursa province represents a fine example of late Ottoman residential architecture.
