Waters
The Fonte Gaia is a decorative water basin situated in the main square of Siena. Originally built in 1342 to celebrate the completion of the complex aqueduct conduits bringing water to the city center, it was later adorned with beautiful white marble reliefs by sculptor Jacopo della Quercia.
