Traditionally prepared at homes, Bünyan Manti is a dish that requires mastery due to its extremely small folding shape. The filling prepared with minced beef, finely chopped onions, and local spices is meticulously placed inside hand-rolled dough squares. This delicacy, prepared by local women collectively, is the crown jewel of dinner tables.
The boiled manti is served by pouring sumac, red pepper flakes, and garlic yogurt over it. If you wish to try this authentic taste at restaurants in the district center, you can access restaurant locations via the Map. This dish is recognized across Türkiye as the cornerstone of Kayseri region's gastronomy.
