Aydintepe Underground City presents a massive architecture consisting of galleries, rooms, and ventilation shafts meters below the surface. It is estimated that the area was used as a shelter during the Early Christian period.
Carved entirely out of rocks without any mortar, these rooms are highly valuable for the archeology of Türkiye.
