Heritage

Built in 1797, the Safranbolu Clock Tower is located on the hill known as the Castle. It is one of the oldest working clock towers in the architectural heritage of Safranbolu. The structure is a prime example of Ottoman period engineering and clockmaking in the Karabük region.
