Heritage
The Maglova Aqueduct, part of the Kırkçeşme Water Supply System, is located over the Alibey Creek. Built between 1554 and 1562, it is accepted as a pinnacle of world water architecture and stands as a major heritage in Sultangazi.
The structure differs from other Ottoman aqueducts in İstanbul with its double-story design. Its piers, submerged under reservoir waters, prove its engineering marvel status. Visitors can check the Map section for access.
