Heritage
Güngören was a small and historical Vidos (Village) settlement where agriculture was practiced in the past. While transforming into a giant district with migrations from rural Türkiye, the Köyiçi Central Mosque and its surroundings have somewhat preserved that old neighborhood atmosphere. You can easily find this area, which witnesses the history of the region with the wooden house ruins around it, on the Map.
