Historical Şimşirlik Wooden Mosque

It is one of the oldest wooden structures representing the rural architectural heritage of the Kaynaşlı region. Built with the nail-free wooden interlocking technique, it holds great value for the religious architectural history of Düzce.

Located within the borders of Şimşirlik village, this historical mosque demonstrates the engineering skills of Kaynaşlı local culture in past centuries.
